CDex is a CD-Ripper, extracting digital audio data from an Audio CD, which supporting many audio encoders such as MPEG (MP2, MP3), VQF, AAC encoders.

I use this application frequently to convert my CD music into mp3 format. For me, this is a good utility and also easy to use. And, most of all, free of charge.
